So today, I want to talk about or address a particular theme or topic. There's a very popular thing that kind of floats around, whether it's for people that are looking at life from a positive perspective or people that are struggling to heal from a negative perspective. There's a popular phrase, and like most popular phrases that are out there, whether it's mainstream but definitely in the spiritual world, I love to go after those. Anyway, I love that because they're usually so messed up. This one is "you need to take your power back." Now, you would think, well, what could be wrong with that? Everything. So, give me a moment to understand. You can't just say these things because now we have all these angry people walking around going, "I need to take my power back," which is basically saying because someone took it, which is basically saying because they had power over me, which is basically saying we're separate and somebody has more power than I do. And once again, I thought when I said I'm gonna take my power back, I was sounding kind of empowered. You actually are affirming that you're disempowered when you say you need to take it back because it means you don't have it. But I'll get to that in a minute. I just kind of got started there for a second. Before you can take your power back, you have to understand what your power is, how it seems to have gotten lost. It didn't get lost. You can't lose anything of God, but it seems to. I accept that. I understand that. We have to understand the whole concept before we just flippantly say a sentence and assume it's done.
